Payments Policy

2. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

If the payment is deducted but you did not receive confirmation, please contact us at flexindiaofficial@gmail.com.


3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


4. Failed or Stuck Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days.

If the issue persists, please reach out to your bank or payment provider.


Returns Policy

No Return, No Exchange Policy

At FlexIndia, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

We only consider replacement in the following cases:

Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Damaged Product – If the item is received in a completely damaged condition.

In these cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos/videos as proof.


Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds on any order.

If a refund is approved in special cases (e.g., wrong or damaged product), it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
